Adult Class Program
- Aged 12 year old and above
- Promote a high standard of swimming through confidence building, swimming techniques, enjoyment and achievement to the highest level in the sport.
- Teach swimming to a high standard in a safe, gentle and encouraging manner especially to helping those nervous/ zero experience adult non-swimmers to breakthrough themselves for the first time
- Time span= 45-60 min per lesson
